Jilin Enterprise Confederation and Jilin Entrepreneurs' Association (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the provincial enterprise association”) were established in 1981 and 1989 respectively. With the subjects of enterprises and enterprise operators, the provincial enterprise association is a provincial wide social organization that voluntarily set up by enterprise organizations, experts and scholars of the whole province, industry and local areas; it is an organization member of China Enterprise Confederation and China Enterprise Directors Association, and it is subject to the business instruction, supervision and management by Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jilin Province and Department of Civil Affairs of Jilin Province; it implements the mechanism of combination of the two organizations into one and reconsideration office with two plates and one managerial team, and currently it has 370 organization members.
